Refund and Exchanges Policy

Returns / Replacements –INDIA

Fabsports Offers a 3 Day Return/Exchange Policy from the date the product is delivered.


Procedure

The Product is Only Eligible for Return if you Receive a Wrong or Damaged product.

To raise return/replacement requests, kindly email us at arihant.ecom@gmail.com along with the reason for the return/replacement request. Please note that we may ask for photos or videos of the product to approve your request. So, kindly take photos/record videos while unboxing the order. Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any), bill, and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use. If these steps are taken refunds will be given in the form of store credit or discount coupon of agreed refund value. 

Please note that for both returns and replacements, there will be a fee of Rs.50 and actual two-way shipping charges will be applicable.

 

Items are only eligible for a return, refund and replacement if only applicable in the return time period only if they fulfills the following conditions:

 

  • If the item received is different from what you had ordered.
  • If the item received is damaged or manufacturing defect condition.
  • If the item is having missing parts or accessories which was mentioned on the product page.
  • If the return request is to be raised within 3 Working Days from the date of delivery. Return requests after the return period will be rejected.
  • Orders with discounts or giveaways are final sales and DO NOT qualify for an exchange/Return

 

What items are not returnable?

  • All Items purchased under discount are not eligible for any return or exchange, all sales are final.
  • International Orders are not eligible for any return or exchange.

 

Cancellations:

 

In transit orders cannot be canceled, any COD order canceled in transit, we shall be liable to recover to and fro shipping charges from you in the future. We also make use of technologies that update such non-accepted orders and may affect your COD score used by hundreds of websites in India for sending COD orders.

Refunds:

Refunds will only be given in the form of store credit or discount coupons of agreed refund value. 

FABSPORTS has full rights to not accept an exchange or store credit request if the product is used or any packaging material is missing.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY - INTERNATIONAL

Please note that the Fabsports exchange and repair policy is applicable only in India. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept returns, refunds, and exchanges outside of India. You will be expected to return the product by courier at your cost to an address in India.
